Ans. We have divided our broadcasting area into six regions for smooth technical operations. For each region we will depute one technical person to receive technical queries & to solve within 48 hrs.

Ans. There is a special technological system placed in studio by which lecturer would come to know the status of all the centers & immediately contact respective study centre to communicate with students accordingly.
