Being in the teaching profession for over 40 years, Prof. Jagdish Walawalkar is the Chairman and Managing Director of IDEAL EDUCATION.

Mr. Gaurav Walawalkar
A postgraduate from NITIE in Management, Gaurav heads the business development and franchisee operations for IDEAL. He has been working with the group for the last 7 years and has been instrumental in increasing the franchisee network of the group.

CA Manisha Lopez
A Chartered Accountant by profession, she is responsible for developing and managing business in the commerce faculty. She has been with IDEAL for the last 28 years and is one of the core members in the management.

Mrs. Ratna Nambisan
A postgraduate with B.Ed, she heads the Science stream and is associated with IDEAL for more than 15 years. She also manages Dixit Road Jr. College of Science; which takes care of MCGM students who are talented but are economically backward.

Mr. John Lopes
A B.Ed and a M.Sc. in Maths, Mr. John Lopes is the HOD of Ideal School and has been teaching maths for the school, college and professional sections since 25 years.

Mr. Vivek Sarda
A postgraduate in Management, Vivek currently manages the competitive examination portfolio at IDEAL. He developed the vertical from scratch, encompassing various competitive examinations like CMAT and CWE (banking).

Mr. Sagar Sinkar
A postgraduate in Management, Sagar is presently leading IDEAL’s foray into Vocational Education and Placements, under the brand name IDEAL JOB SOLUTIONS.Under his guidance, IJS has successfully handled skill development initiatives by various State Governments and corporates under CSR.

CA Jayesh Chavan
A chartered accountant by qualification, Jayesh has an experience of about 10 years in corporate finance and business strategies. He has been an integral part of the IDEAL expansion plans and also looks after the fund-raising, mergers and acquisition of the group.

Mr. Prakash Monani
A graduate in commerce, Prakash is the head of satellite-based technology. He is associated with the group for the last nine years and has been instrumental in spreading the network of satellite centers across India.

CA Abhishek Jain
Being a post graduate in Management and a Chartered Accountant by profession, Abhishek has an experience of running schools and colleges for more than 10 years. Currently, he heads Dixit Road Junior College of Science.
